Lost Kids’ Soul by Can Berkol
Ego
Pair of old shoes left off for garbage collectors to pick them off the street... While there is so much poverty, I am not sure that for a nation consumerisim is the right path to choose. Sadly enough some people die to live; some others live to die. Some people don't have anything and they done want much. Some others have everything and they want more. We shall never forget that life is there to enjoy, not to consume. Sharing can open you the doors to heaven right in here here, in earth. You don't need to wait to die to be happy. All you need to do is to try offering equal opportunity to those who needs them.
Ego is in human nature. I don't believe that anyone can abandon it. However; the ego that you build on your own while you tweet as a self-promoted celebrity can only make you feel happy as long as you believe in your own lies. Ego that is built by others' appreciation of your act, on the other hand, is something earned; something that will last - if not to eternity, definetely until you die.

Notes
I'm walking through the streets of Nisantasi, Istanbul. This is one of the richest neighborhoods of the Republic (Turkiye). I crawl through the garbagethat is left on the streets for the garbage collectors to pick them off. It's around 2 AM in the morning.
